Economist · Data Analyst · Policy

Economist and data analyst with a background in quantitative research, public policy implementation, and economic modelling. Currently building skills in data science to complement an economics and finance foundation.

Python · R · EViews · Excel · econometrics · causal inference · data visualisation

Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from Griffith University, and currently completing a Graduate Certificate of Data Analysis at QUT. Before that, I briefly pursued an Honours Year in Economics at UQ before pivoting to industry.

I spent over a year in government implementing state-level policy — administering financial assistance across large schemes including the Fisheries Structural Adjustment Scheme , household energy appliance rebates, and EV/solar battery subsidies. That experience gave me a concrete sense of how policy design translates into real-world outcomes.
